Welcome to the Aspirant Principal Program, a pioneering six-month program of professional development designed to empower and prepare senior and executive leaders for the esteemed role of school principal. Through a series of four meticulously crafted webinars, participants will gain a deep understanding of the essentials of principalship, from school governance and leadership development to strategic planning and legal frameworks.
