Experience

As former Principal of two large K-12, autonomous, independent schools, and interim Principal for two Steiner schools, Dr Paul Teys regarded himself as the Chief Executive Officer providing leadership on strategic planning for the community. He has held responsibility, delegated by the respective boards, for the day-to-day leadership and management of schools. Using his extensive experience, Paul has helped many colleagues to leverage their strengths through mentoring and has managed executive recruitment in finding the right candidate for head of school roles.
